Master Chem Oil has a full team of highly experienced people in charge with undertaking, running and monitoring all traded related operations following conclusion of a purchase/sale contract by the specialized traders until completion of transaction. Intl. & Domestic Operations Department is responsible besides documentary instructions, with all logistical, administrative, storage and insurance aspects of this specific business.

The expertise of the staff covers besides many other areas:
Romanian domestic market related to imports ad exports that involve local logistics and entities, both private (inspectors, carriers, charter-parties, etc.) and state-owned (Oil Terminal Constanta, Romanian Railways Company, customs, etc.);
international markets, including handling the very complex documentation related to trading operations, both in connection to the financing banks and other third-parties (for instance, owners/ brokers of the chartered vessels by MCO)
